Data controller
Block Solutions AB is the controller for the processing of personal data on this website. Questions about how we handle personal data can be sent to info@blocksolutions.se.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we store your name, company, email address, chosen subject and your message. To protect the form against abuse we also store a pseudonymised (cryptographically hashed) form of your IP address and your browser type.
Why we process the data
The data is used to respond to and follow up on your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give in the form. Abuse protection is based on our legitimate interest in a secure service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for at most 24 months and are then anonymised automatically. If you become a customer, data is kept in accordance with the agreement and applicable accounting rules.
Who has access
The website and database are hosted by GleSYS AB in Sweden, which processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. The data never leaves the EU/EEA and is never sold.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies and no third-party tracking or analytics. Your language choice is only part of the address.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us at info@blocksolutions.se. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
